Refund policy

Please choose your product/s carefully, as we do not refund processed and dispatched orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated.

REFUNDS- Refunds are only available for dispatched orders that contain supplied goods that are wholly or partly defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged, sent in error by 3GEN AUTO, the goods fail to operate in accordance to their specification or warranty duration period.  3GEN AUTO are unable to supply the goods due to stock availability error.

INCORRECT ORDER RECEIVED- Should the need arise to return orders incorrectly supplied by 3GEN AUTO, please advise us by phone 0466 337 824 or email us at genrepairs@yahoo.com.au within 7 days of the date of receipt of the order with relevant photos of evidence if applicable (please note that goods must be in original condition and packaging, failing to do so will void any return of the goods. Freight will need to be paid for by customer and 3GEN AUTO will reimburse once goods are received ).  3GEN AUTO will resupply the correct order promptly or any part there of freight free in instances upon receipt of the returned goods which are by fault of 3GEN AUTO.


WARRANTY- Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty in appearance or performance are subject to our initial inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will need to be purchased by the customer until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier. In the event of a warranty claim credit or refund we will contact the customer directly either via phone or email for details of reimbursement preferably using secure online bank to bank transfer method. To assist us with any returns please provide us with the following details- Full name, address, contact number, product details, invoice number, date of purchase and the reason for return. Freight cost will need to be paid by the customer and will be reimbursed if items returned are deemed faulty due to manufacture defect.
* 3GEN AUTO reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery and for whatever reason including an order that has previously been accepted. 3GEN AUTO may do this for example, but without limitation; 3GEN AUTO suppliers are unable to supply goods that they have previously promised to supply. An event beyond 3GEN AUTO’s control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, 3GEN AUTO is unable to supply the goods within a reasonable time or goods ordered were subject to an error on the website, for example; in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the order being accepted.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
